Moneybookers Integrated Payment System

Moneybookers, who I moved the Gofarmer payment processing over to a year or so ago because they offered a similar system to Worldpay but for a fraction of the price, have now decided to start charging a large monthly fee. In order to avoid this I am contemplating ways to work around this and maybe simplify the payment system so that I manually approve and welcome all new members.

I may also change the pricing structure so that there is no longer a special first year price of £5 but lower the annual subscription fee to around £24.99 to try and attract more new members and advertisers.
